We provide a restorative carpet cleaning service that includes:

• Powerful, truck-mounted steam cleaning machinery
• Pile Lifter – a machine that scrubs and lifts the carpet pile
• Edge cleaning with a tool that removes trapped in soil along room (baseboard) edges
• Carpet and upholstery sanitizing.

Moving and re-setting movable furniture will be an additional charge per room. Some larger furniture (beds, large chests etc.) will have additional moving charges but may not be movable during the cleaning process.  

We will need the following to complete the service:

• Access to a working outside hose bib or hook-up (we have our own hose).
• Parking within 50 feet of the door we will be using.
• All fragile items must be removed from the areas to be cleaned
• Someone must remain at the property for the duration of the appointment.
• Payment must be made at the time of service by cash or check.
